November in St.George
We had a great weekend adventure with Grandpa Hoto and Grandma Tutu as well as Heather, Matt, Sam, Ellie, and Grace. We tried to keep up with Whit as he led us from one narrow slot canyon to another. One I almost developed permanent claustrophobia in. It's correctly known as the crack. It was more like a hairline fracture that you were supposed to squeeze yourself through. I am breathing irregularly and my pulse is racing just thinking about it. St. George as always is breathtaking and couldn't have been more fun. Family reunion in St. George anyone?????

Mickey Mouse, we love you!
Saturday's on the grid iron
Elias played his first season of tackle football this year. He loved every minute on the field and misses taking down his opponents. He did mention last week that he is going to start making a little extra moola every month by being the bodyguard for one of his friends at school. Apparently one of the tuff girls is giving his friend some trouble and he needs Elias the linebacker to put a little fear in her.

The Feast of Bethlehem PA
Dude I have already had enough turkey
Bowling to work off some of the Turkey
The aftermath - we had a contest to see who could put on the most weight from before and after the meal. Chris won adding a whopping 4.5 pounds - which he quickly burned off in the basement doing P90x
The kids table.
The parents table - Martha Stewart called me to see if she could get some pictures for next month's magazine.

Thanksgiving in Bethlehem PA - at Chef Dalton's home - Check him out on the Food Channel
The Chef's at work - Jess put the Turkey in Brine for 24hrs. to properly prepare it.
"Amy we are not using any ordinary serving dishes on my table. Only the finest Pewter serving dishes" - the table was awesome
It was a perfect bird - really something out of a cookbook.
With rosemary trimmings and all - truly amazing
