Thanksgiving in Bethlehem PA - at Chef Dalton's home - Check him out on the Food Channel

The Chef's at work - Jess put the Turkey in Brine for 24hrs. to properly prepare it.

"Amy we are not using any ordinary serving dishes on my table. Only the finest Pewter serving dishes" - the table was awesome
It was a perfect bird - really something out of a cookbook.
With rosemary trimmings and all - truly amazing
